Our reservation agents are unable to do individual searches for

Are
taxes included in the rate?
Taxes and miscellaneous charges are NOT included in the room rate, if
the other is not specified. The tax rate at the hotel is listed in the
Info section of the hotel description.
Can
I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to
pool, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We
cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability.
After booking the room via our reservation system you should call the
hotel directly to request additional preferences.
Is
the room rate per person or per night?
The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the
number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person
if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two
people.
I
should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available to HotelsChisinau.com
Travel Reservation System. These rates may include government,
corporate or senior discounts. If a rate is marked "ID REQ,"
(for example, "AAA Rate") you may need special documentation
at check-in to confirm you are qualified to receive that rate.
When
I submit my reservation, where does my request go?
All reservation requests will result in a new screen showing an
Confirmation Number which should be kept and used with any future
correspondence with HotelsChisinau.com Travel Reservation System. Some
hotels do not confirm reservations immediately - the reservation
status will be ON-REQUEST. In this case, the email you receive from
HotelsChisinau.com Travel Reservation System will not contain a
confirmation number. To check the status of your reservation you
should go to your Profile/Itinerary.
I
need the hotel located downtown (near airport), how can I find such
hotel?

Couldn't
you send me the hotel phone/fax number?
You receive the hotel phone/fax number ONLY with your booking
confirmation. We can't provide you this information before you book
the room.
I
need more information about hotel. Couldn't you send me more
information, graphic materials or any brochures?
No, unfortunately we can't send any more information about hotel
amenities/facilities. All information about the hotels, you can get
from our web-sites.
Do
I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, the service provider/hotel will confirm a reservation only when
you provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking.
Please, note: Our Reservation Service is free of charge, so all your
credit card details are going directly to the hotel and you will pay
only for accommodation.
When
do I have to include my credit card number?
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of
booking. The majority of the hotels will not hold rooms without a
credit card number. Your credit card will not be charged until you
check out of the hotel unless the type of room you selected states
that a deposit is required or some others restrictions. We recommend
using a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Is
it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. HotelsChisinau.com Travel Reservation System takes this matter very
seriously. To ensure your security, HotelsChisinau.com utilizes Thwarter's
secure commerce server which encrypts the credit card number and
encodes it into a non-usable form.
What
is your privacy policy?
We do not share your personal data collected through Chisinau.com with
anybody. All data submitted is kept confidential. However if you
accessed this site through Chisinau Affiliate site, your email address
along with the travel details may be forwarded to that Affiliate.
What
is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy depends on every hotel/hotel's chain. You can also
read the hotel description to determine the cancellation policy of
your hotel. These policies will vary, so you must read each one
carefully. The standard increments are you must cancel the room(s) by
4 or 6 PM, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If
you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty.
Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee.
Special sold out availability reservations, identified as
"Special Internet Rates" or "Featured Rates," will
apply a $30.00 cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of
cancellation.
